The department is guided by a collaborative leadership team consisting of a chair, vice chairs, and division heads. The chair provides overall direction and strategic vision for the department, while the vice chairs support key academic, clinical, research, and administrative functions. Division heads oversee specific clinical areas of the department, ensuring effective management. Together, our leadership team works to uphold the department's mission, promote academic, clinical, and research excellence; and support faculty, trainees, students, and staff in achieving their goals.
