Associate Professor of Clinical Practice Christopher McMullen, MD, CAQSM, has been accepted into the University of Washington School of Medicine Rising Leaders 2026–2027 cohort. Dr. McMullen’s clinical focus is sports medicine, and he also serves as associate director of the UW Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Residency Program.
The UW School of Medicine Rising Leaders program equips faculty who are new to leadership or pursuing leadership roles with practical skills and builds connections and community across the system. This course includes 10 monthly sessions on Wednesday afternoons. Topics include adaptive leadership, time management, and managing conflict.
