Caroline Jung, a Doctor of Physical Therapy student in the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine at the University of Washington School of Medicine, was selected as a 2025 Crest Scholar by the Rizing Tide Foundation.
The Crest Scholarship supports Doctor of Physical Therapy students and includes participation in a national summit focused on professional development, learning, and networking.
Jung’s interest in physical therapy was shaped by watching her grandmother manage Parkinson’s disease through exercise, as well as her own experience with career-ending gymnastics injuries. These experiences guided her commitment to supporting patients through the physical and mental challenges of rehabilitation.
