
Faculty, fellows and residents present at ISPRM World Congress
Faculty, fellows, and residents from the University of Washington shared their work at the International Society for Physical and Rehabilitation Medicine (ISPRM) World Congress, held May 17–21, 2026, in Vancouver, Canada.
Professor Brian J. Hafner, PhD, co-presented “Integrating a patient’s voice in care delivery: Implementing patient-reported outcomes (PROMs) in an outpatient amputee clinic.”
Professor David C. Morgenroth, MD, presented at a symposium on May 20 titled “Stepping toward innovation: New approaches for addressing common challenges impacting the mobility of aging U.S. veterans.” The session focused on strategies to improve mobility and function.
Physical medicine and rehabilitation residents and fellows also presented posters highlighting research across rehabilitation medicine. Presenters included Danielle Lee, MD; Aden Feustel, MD; Megan Gillum, MD; Jennifer Pham, DO; Michael Manguinao, DO; Ian Kim, MD, Amputation Rehabilitation fellow; and Noah Gorelick, MD, Amputation Rehabilitation fellow.
