Tukwila Community Center, 12424 42nd Ave S, Tukwila, WA 98168

Two athletes in wheelchairs compete in a fencing match.
Fencing is just one of the many activities that will be highlighted at the 2026 SCI Wellness Summit. Registration is now open!

The Northwest Regional Spinal Cord Injury System hosts the SCI Wellness Summit every other year to bring together people with spinal cord injury, families, caregivers, clinicians, and community partners for education, connection, and hands-on activities.

The 2026 spring summit, Unlimited Play, will highlight adaptive recreation and creative expression throughout the Pacific Northwest. The event will feature demonstrations, workshops, and interactive sessions that explore art, gaming, photography, birding, rowing, dance, fencing, and other indoor and outdoor activities.

Attendees can try new activities, meet local organizations, and learn practical ways to participate in accessible recreation across the region. Exhibitors, presenters, and partners will offer resources, ideas, and inspiration for staying active and engaged.
