Sean Matsuwaka, MD, RMSK is board-certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and Sports Medicine. He holds certification in diagnostic and interventional musculoskeletal ultrasound and training in interventional spine care.
Dr. Matsuwaka's treatment philosophy is to provide compassionate care while aiming to improve pain and maximize function. He strives to help people return to activities they love to do, including hobbies and sports, and activities they need to do, such as work.
Dr. Matsuwaka's clinical interests include non-surgical sports medicine and musculoskeletal care, diagnostic and interventional ultrasound, interventional spine care, and regenerative medicine treatments. This includes treatment of tendinitis, arthritis, joint pain, muscle strains, spine pain, and ligamentous injuries.
