Christopher W Lewis, MD, MS is an assistant professor at the University of Washington in the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine. His administrative work in clinical informatics leverages health information technology to develop a learning health system for the rehabilitation services provided across the UW Medicine. Clinically, Dr. Lewis practices cancer rehabilitation at UW Medicine and the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center where he serves patients with cancer diagnoses by managing associated musculoskeletal diagnoses, spasticity, and quality of life.
