It is with deep sadness that we share the passing of Alexander “Alex” Gish, who died on June 30 in the comfort of his home. The UW Employment Program is grateful for his more than 16 years of service as an administrative assistant.
Alex was a loyal Mariners fan who frequently visited the library, attended movies, participated in activities at the Tavon Center, and swam at his local gym. We looked forward to seeing him every Friday, hearing about his travels, and enjoying his sense of humor. His absence will be deeply felt.
