Josie Cooke, a Doctor of Physical Therapy student, has received a Crest scholarship from the Rizing Tide Foundation. This scholarship will provide $14,000, renewable annually. In addition, the scholarship also provides professional development and networking opportunities.
The Rizing Tide foundation provides five Crest scholarships annually to DPT students from underrepresented racial or ethnic backgrounds who are entering their first or second year of DPT school, with the goal of increasing diversity the physical therapy profession.
