Sarah Lewis is a teaching associate in the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine, Division of Physical Therapy. She earned her Master of Science in Physical Therapy from Washington University in St. Louis in 1999, followed by a transitional Doctor of Physical Therapy from Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions in 2021.
Dr. Lewis is a board-certified pediatric clinical specialist with over 25 years of experience in pediatric physical therapy. She is currently a physical therapist at Seattle Children’s Hospital, focusing on outpatient evaluation and treatment of infants and young children with a variety of diagnoses. Dr. Lewis is also a clinical coordinator and mentor in the Pediatric Physical Therapy Residency Program.
