Dr. Lindsay Smith is an attending physician and assistant professor in the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine. Her clinical and research interests are driven by the patients she cares for in Harborview Medical Center's inpatient, post-acute, and outpatient settings. She is particularly interested in disorders of consciousness and cognitive recovery after stroke and traumatic brain injury (TBI). She specializes in spasticity management for patients with central nervous system injuries, including botulinum toxin and neurolysis procedures. She completed her Brain Injury Medicine fellowship at University of Washington and Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) residency at University of California Los Angeles (UCLA)/Greater LA VA.
