Dr. Ostrand is a teaching associate in the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine and a practicing physical therapist. She is a board-certified orthopedic specialist, with 15 years of experience practicing in a variety of settings including: outpatient orthopedics, inpatient rehabilitation, home health care, and skilled nursing facilities. Dr. Ostrand teaches in the fundamental and orthopedic course work in the physical therapy program. She is also the faculty liaison for GROW (Global Rehabilitation Organization at Washington) and enjoys sharing her passion for health equity with her students.
