David Pilkington, DO

Division: Physiatry

David is a physiatry resident physician graduating in 2024, and will complete a pain medicine fellowship at UW in 2024-2025. In residency, he worked on projects to improve resident financial literacy and collaborated with Merz Pharma to start an annual ultrasound-based cadaver course and virtual reality programs to teach residents clinical anatomy for treating spasticity.  He also helped co-found the UW Spine journal club. His research interests are in understanding efficacy of buprenorphine for patients with chronic pain on chronic opioids and expanding treatment modalities for patients with cervical dystonia.
