Amanda Day, DO is a board-certified physiatrist in the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine. Dr. Day focuses on working together with patients to reach their functional and quality of life goals. She received her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Marian University College of Osteopathic Medicine. Her Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) residency training was completed at the University of Minnesota, where she served as chief resident. Dr. Day has a particular interest in Narrative Medicine, specifically in how compassion and empathy improve both patient care and provider wellbeing.
