Denise Li Lue, MD

Denise Li Lue, MD, is a board certified physiatrist who does inpatient rehab at the University of Washington Medical Center- Montlake campus, is the medical director of the UW Medical Center Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit and a UW clinical associate professor of Rehabilitation Medicine. Dr. Lue treats a wide range of patients including trauma, brain injury, spinal cord injury, cancer and strokes. She lets her patients know exactly what is going on and tries to teach them to take control of and manage their symptoms. She strongly believes in educating patients to be active participants in their medical care and their functional lives.  Dr. Lue earned her MD from the University of Miami in Florida.
