Lee Receives $620k grant from NCMRR for study on self-efficacy and stoke
Danbi Lee, PhD, OTD, OTR/L, Associate Professor, has received R01 funding of $622,901 for a study titled “Efficacy of the Improving Participation after Stroke Self-Management-Rehabilitation (IPASS-R) program to improve self-efficacy, participation, and health outcomes in sub-acute stroke.” The study, which will be conducted by Dr. Lee as co-principal investigator alongside Dr. Anna Boone from University of Missouri, is expected to run from August 2024 to July 2029.
The study itself will recruit participants from Harborview Medical Center and surrounding community sites and is designed to support stroke patients post-discharge as they re-integrate into their daily lives.
