Megan Gardner Weishaar, PhD

Title: Rehabilitation Psychology Postdoctoral Fellow

Dr. Weishaar is a Clinical Rehabilitation Psychology Postdoctoral Fellow at Harborview Medical Center. She works on the Rehabilitation Medicine Consultation Service, Inpatient Rehabilitation, and Comprehensive Outpatient Rehabilitation Program.

Dr. Weishaar earned her Bachelor's degree from the University of Arkansas in Psychology. She earned her Master's and Doctoral degrees from the Counseling Psychology Program at Colorado State University. She completed a predoctoral residency in Behavioral Medicine at the University of Washington.

Dr. Weishaar's research interests include optimizing health behavior engagement for rehabilitation populations (i.e., TBI, SCI) by identifying individual, environmental, and systemic factors that can be used to inform prevention and intervention efforts.
