Gina Formea, PhD, ABPP-CN, is a board-certified neuropsychologist at the Comprehensive Outpatient Rehabilitation Program at Harborview and a UW professor of Rehabilitation Medicine. She directs Harborview's outpatient Neuropsychology and Rehabilitation Psychology Service. Dr. Formea assists the multidisciplinary Rehabilitation Medicine care team with treatment planning and recommendations for individuals with a variety of neurological conditions, including traumatic brain injury, stroke, and multiple sclerosis. She strives to create active partnerships with her patients to achieve the best possible outcomes. Dr. Formea earned her PhD from Washington State University. Her clinical interests include neuropsychological assessment and treatment of acquired brain disorders, psychotherapy, and adjustment to disability.
