Application Deadlines

Applications for the Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Residency are due mid-October each year.

Deadlines to apply to our graduate degree programs are:

• Rehab Science (PhD):
  January 15, 2024
• Occupational Therapy:
  December 1 of each calendar year
• Physical Therapy:
  Mid-October each calendar year
• Prosthetics & Orthotics:
  October 15 of each calendar year
