HMAL Facility & Resources

Located in the Health Sciences Building at the University of Washington, the 520 square foot Human Motion Analysis Laboratory features a wide variety of technological resources to assist with both clinical and research objectives. Our state-of-the-art facility includes:

Employing a full-time engineer, the lab can develop custom hardware and software solutions to facilitate the capture and analysis of data unique to this field of research. Major software products we provide include: AnyBody, LabVIEW, MotionMonitor, QTrac, SIMM, Visual 3D. In addition, a biostatistician familiar with biomechanics research is available for consultation.
