Outpatient Information

Outpatient rehabilitation services are available at our general rehabilitation clinics and specialized clinics located at the University of Washington Medical Center (UWMC), UW Medicine Sports & Spine Clinics, East Side Specialty Clinic, Harborview Medical Center (HMC), Seattle Children's, and the Veteran’s Administration Puget Sound Health Care System (VAPSHCS).

Patients may see a single provider who can care for all of their rehabilitation needs, or they may be treated by a variety of specialists who provide treatment services for their specific illness or medical condition.
