Pontus Oberg, DO, is a board-certified physical medicine and rehabilitation doctor, also called a physiatrist, who specializes in sports medicine. Dr. Oberg uses a whole-person comprehensive approach in managing musculoskeletal conditions. This may include electrodiagnostic studies, interventional procedures and osteopathic manual medicine, when appropriate. Dr. Oberg earned his DO from Des Moines University. His clinical interests include fluoroscopically-guided procedures, musculoskeletal ultrasound, regenerative medicine, osteopathic manual medicine and electrodiagnostic studies. He is a member of the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and the American Osteopathic Association.
