Leah Concannon, MD, is a sports medicine physician with the Sports Concussion Program, Spine Center, and Sports Medicine Center at Harborview and a clinical associate professor of Rehabilitation Medicine. She earned her medical degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago, where she graduated with College Honors. She is board certified in both Sports Medicine and Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.

Clinical Interests

Her clinical interests include the prevention and treatment of sports-related injuries in athletes of all levels and ages. As a former collegiate gymnast, she has a special interest in gymnasts and dancers, female athletes, and adolescents with low back pain.

Teaching Interests

Her teaching responsibilities include Director of the Sports Medicine Fellowship Concussion Curriculum, and clinical teaching of the residents and sports medicine fellow. She strives to create a teaching environment that promotes curiosity and discussion.
