Rehabilitation Psychology Fellowship:
Selection Criteria

Preference for the Rehabilitation Psychology fellowship is first given to predoctoral students currently in the University of Washington Clinical Psychology Internship Program. However, if no members of the predoctoral class are eligible for the postdoctoral fellowship, the slots are then open to a national search.

Generally, such a search is conducted about 50% of the time, and begins in December for a training cycle that begins the following July or August.

Selection Criteria:

The program selects for scientist practitioners with a demonstrated interest and experience in the specialty area of Rehabilitation Psychology. The ideal candidate has demonstrated strengths in clinical work, research productivity, and academic background. We also prefer candidates with interest and experience in working with complex populations in an interdisciplinary setting.
